Lauren Tyler is Chief of Staff at Beekeeper Group, where she leads firmwide coordination, advises senior leadership, and develops the systems and structure that support the firm’s expanding portfolio and operational growth. She is passionate about building high-performing teams and brings a strong background in strategic communications, public affairs, and agency leadership.
Before joining Beekeeper Group, Lauren spent more than a decade at Adfero, a DC-based strategic communications and public affairs firm. As an agency principal and later the firm’s Chief of Staff, she advised public affairs executives on issues and reputation management and led firmwide strategic initiatives. She began her career at the Public Affairs Council, the leading international association for public affairs professionals, where she remains actively involved.
Lauren is a proud graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and holds a bachelor’s degree in communications. She serves on the Washington Women in Public Relations Advisory Council and is committed to elevating emerging leaders across the public affairs and communications fields.
Outside the office, Lauren can often be found around her native city exploring new restaurants, attending concerts, or taking a class at one of her favorite boutique fitness studios.
