In this exciting edition of the Hive Five, we take a look at some of our favorite projects and moments from this year.

Ask Bee Anything!
Last Summer, we launched our Ask Bee Anything series to help answer your burning advocacy questions. During six Ask Bee Anything sessions, we covered topics like impactful data visualization and engaging email marketing strategies. If you missed the buzz, you can access all of the sessions on-demand here. We will be hosting more Ask Bee Anything sessions in 2025, so let us know what you want to see next!

Getting Out the Vote
Beekeeper Group developed two GOTV campaigns in partnership with the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Kaiser Permanente. MDA’s Access the Vote campaign empowers the neuromuscular disease and broader disability communities to exercise their fundamental right to vote. In the lead-up to the election, over 10,000 individuals visited the hub to learn more about voting in their area. Kaiser Permanente’s KP Votes initiative is committed to promoting civic engagement and highlighting the strong correlation between healthy communities and democracy. KP Votes has registered or updated registration for over 7,398 voters since its inception in 2020.

Branded Spaces
In-person events were back in full swing in 2024, and with them returned branded event spaces. In June, Beekeeper Group worked with the Healthcare Alliance for Patient Safety (HCAPS) to design a fully branded ‘saloon’ experience where attendees of Optometry’s Meeting® could put their boots up while learning about the important work of HCAPS to advance vision care and patient safety. In October, Beekeeper Group worked with the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) advocacy team to design their Hollywood-inspired booth for their annual conference, IDWeek.

Building Powerful Websites
2024 was a big year for website design projects. In July, Beekeeper Group partnered with Lawyers for Good Government (L4GG) to build the Clean Energy Tax Navigator, a step-by-step tool for helping under-resourced communities access the $360-600 billion in tax credits for clean energy projects under the Inflation Reduction Act. In September, we launched a freshly updated website for Responsibility.org, which emphasizes the organization’s threefold mission: eliminating underage drinking, ending drunk driving, and empowering individuals of legal age who choose to drink alcohol to make responsible, informed, and mindful decisions.

Connecting with Our Community
In August, Beekeeper Group organized a Day of Purpose for our staff and professional network. We volunteered at DC Central Kitchen, helping to prep food, pack orders, and clean prep spaces. We are looking forward to planning more ways to connect with our community in 2025!
2025 will be a big year for Beekeeper Group, and we are beyond excited to celebrate our 15th anniversary in May. Whether you are a new connection or an old friend of the Hive, thank you for being part of our community. We hope you have a wonderful holiday season!
Cheers to the New Year,
The Beekeeper Group Team
